Advanced Wildlife Tracking (Add-on)

Advanced Tracking Skills and Science with Ashly Azzurro

Kettle Falls, WA

Wildlife tracking is the art and science of reading the subtle signs animals leave behind—footprints, scat, feeding marks, and movement patterns—that reveal their stories. Designed to deepen our connection with the natural world, this course begins with a group discussion to equip participants with the background and needed tools and is heavy in field participation. Participants will gain practical skills to identify, interpret, and follow tracks while also learning how to observe behavior, habitat, and ecology. Whether you’re a beginner or looking to refine your skills, this course will help you build awareness, sharpen observation, and develop a richer understanding of wildlife and the landscapes they inhabit.
