10 Year Reunion Camp Out & Course Review
July 4-6, 2025 | Kettle Falls, WA
Help us celebrate 10 years of Human Nature Hunting with a family-friendly camp out and reunion. Open to any and all Awaken the Hunter alumni (and their family and friends), with the option to brush up on skills and/or just relax and enjoy the community and nature. You’ll have the option to join us for chef-prepared meals featuring goats from our herd or to bring your own meals for camp cooking. Plus a friendly competition in the first annual Hunter Games. The add-on course review in the beginning is designed to be an intense review of the highlights from Awaken the Hunter in small groups. A percentage of proceeds will go toward our nonprofit scholarship fund.

Awaken the Hunter Review Course (Add-On)
Limited to small groups, this short course focuses on the highlights of the Awaken the Hunter course: hands on shooting, field dressing, skinning, and butchering. The format will be similar to those sections of the Awaken the Hunter course. Then stay for the weekend festivities, below.
Weekend Camp Out
For a more leisurely gathering, join us Friday afternoon through the weekend for a series of optional outdoor classes. These are included in the general admission and fun for the whole family. And there will be time throughout the day to relax and chat with other alums, go for a hike, or swim in Lake Roosevelt.
Bring your own evening drinks of choice and/or favorite musical instrument.

Join us for the weekend of family-friendly camping, access to a series of outdoor skills classes, solar shower and outhouse, and all the filtered mountain spring water you can drink.
Just want to come camp out for the weekend? Join us Friday afternoon through Sunday afternoon, meet other alums and enjoy being surrounded by nature. Bring your own food and means of cooking it as our kitchen will be in full production by our chef. Price per adult. Kids free.
This intensive course focuses on the highlights of Awaken the Hunter: hands on shooting at the bench and in the field, field dressing, skinning, and butchering, presented in a format similar to Awaken the Hunter, allowing participants to hone those essential skills in a compact course structure. Includes home-cooked meals by our chef Thursday - Sunday and general admission. This is the full-meal-deal. Let us know if you have family joining for the weekend but not for the course. Bring a mess kit for the weekend portion.
